In his latest email blast today, National Organization for Marriage’s Brian Brown lashes out at Andrew Cuomo for his orchestrating marriage equality. Brown is all hot and bothered over a Hollywood fundraiser for the Governor.

Mr. Brown goes on to rehash irrelevant nonsense about the NY marriage case which basically boils down to whether or not the Republican caucus meetings where caucus meetings with Bloomberg or Cuomo as guests and is little more than a inconsequential hiccup. What Brian doesn’t seem to get is that:

Governor Cuomo is responsible to his constituents     not to NOM’s extremist Catholic agenda.

For doing so, Governor Cuomo enjoys some of the highest approval ratings in the United States    65%    which means that they have improved since marriage equality was enacted.

I briefly lived on Guam and learned of Yoshi. Yoshi was a Japanese soldier who lived in a Guam cave for more than 25 years – unaware that WWII had ended. Brian Brown is like Yoshi. National marriage equality is inevitable. Brown could just as well be fighting against interracial marriage or integration because “God didn’t intend for the races to mix.”
