I have been under the weather for a few days. More so when this turd landed in my inbox courtesy of the American “Family” Association:
Macy’s fires Christian for protecting women’s dressing rooms from cross-dresser
She endured expletives from transgender, then got fired for standing firm in her faith.
Oh the horror of it all!
According to Liberty Counsel, Natalie Johnson says she saw the young man walk out of the women’s fitting room and politely told him that he could not go back in because it was for women only. The cross-dressing young man claimed that he is a “female.” Johnson said that he was wearing make-up and girl’s clothing, but clearly he was a male. The cross-dresser was accompanied by five other individuals.
The group argued with expletives that Macy’s is LGBT-friendly, to which Johnson replied that Macy’s is also non-discriminatory toward religion, and that it would go against her religious beliefs to lie that he was a woman or compromise with homosexuality. The group then demanded to speak with a manager.
Johnson’s boss referred her to Macy’s LGBT policy which allows “transgender” people to change in any dressing room they want.
The manager demanded that she comply with the LGBT policies or lose her job.Johnson refused to go against her sincerely held religious beliefs and was terminated from her job.
Macy’s has essentially opened women’s dressing rooms to every man. The LGBT agenda has become the theater of the absurd.
Of course, the above is accompanied with a “send-me-money.” Big surprise there. Sadly, that is probably the most intellectually honest part of all of this. I am uncertain why the word transgender is in scare quotes.
First of all Macy’s dressing rooms don’t need protection from queers any more than marriage does. To their credit, Macy’s has a written policy.
The victim, Natalie Johnson, is obviously seriously confused as well as spectacularly stupid. She is confused between sexual orientation and sexual identity. Then I am not at all certain what part of Christianity requires her to be a bigot. I doubt that she knows. I certainly don’t know what aspect of her religious freedom was being compromised by her employer’s tolerance. Does this idiot think that she is going to roast in Hell by virtue of Macy’s desire to be accommodating. What’s next? Does she make sure that none of the science toys relate anything about evolution? Seriously.
Finally, in this economy, one complies with company policy and reacts later. There was neither exigency nor peril. It is also possible that Johnson was sent to work for Macy’s by Liberty Counsel to create an incident. They have done so before.
I only hope that, When Natalie Johnson was bounced from her job on her ass, she bounced on the pavement
