Today we see another missive from Brian Brown titled He Said Explicit Videos Were Inappropriate For High Schoolers…And Was Denounced As A Homophobe! This is about some controversy in Vancouver concerning an anti-bullying campaign allegedly referring students to an allegedly inappropriate website with allegedly pornographic material. Oh, and this is from that preposterous bit of organized cognitive dissonance, the Marriage Anti-Defamation Alliance.
Yet, again, National Organization “for” Marriage’s Brian Brown has gone off the rails. I seem to recall when the folks at NOM wanted everyone to know that they were NOT anti-gay bigots; they just wanted to “protect” marriage. Things have changed. They have clearly dropped all pretense. This bit of propaganda is about linking gays to pornography. It has nothing to do with marriage and, the last time I checked, Vancouver is not part of NOM’s “nation.”
Our most recent Marriage ADA video features Vancouver School Trustee Ken Denike and mental health professional Sophia Woo, who have been trying to help concerned parents protect their children from an anti-bullying curriculum produced by Out in Schools pointing kids to online “resources” that amount to little more than gay pornography.
This is all highly deceptive. Aside from the fact that there really are no specifics, I have no idea what qualifies Ms. Woo as a Mental Health Professional
Next time, Mr. Brown, do some homework first.
