Dominic Sheahan-Stahl is a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy  in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan     class of 1998. Dominic was invited to speak at the graduation of his younger brother on May 20. That is, until the Diocese of Saginaw, Michigan noticed Dominic’s engagement photos (to another man) on Facebook.

The cowards at the Church rescinded the invitation by a telephone call to Mr. Sheahan-Stahl’s mother. Where and how they get off inflicting their bigotry on his mother is beyond me and seemingly beyond all reasonable notions of human decency. To make matters worse, Bishop Joseph Cistone told a local newspaper:

The Catholic Church is
very clear in her teaching, that men and women who have homosexual
tendencies must be treated with respect, compassion and sensitivity.
Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided.

So that is an example of what the stupid prick would regard as respectful, compassionate and sensitive. Really? Mr. Sheahan-Stahl’s mother is due a personal visit and apology from his highness.  Nevertheless, Mr. Sheahan-Stahl remained a class act as the video, below, illustrates.
