Tradition Family and Property Student Action. These are the lunatics you see in red sashes. TFP (The American Society for Tradition, Family and Property) is a
Catholic personality cult idolizing the late Brazilian right wing
activist and fascist, Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira. TFP is like a merger of Opus Dei and the John Birch Society. Some of the young men (boys really) that you see in the red sashes are students at St. Louis De Montfort Academy in Herndon PA.
The school, owned by TFP, is not accredited and kids spend more time in prayer than
Now the boys from TFP are taking their pasty white faces around the country to promote a return to marriage discrimination or … something. According to them in a piece titled “Young Americans to U. S. Supreme Court: ‘We Won’t Stop Fighting for True Marriage!’” —
Traveling from state to state defending the sacred institution of marriage is an unusual way to spend the summer. Even more unusual is the sight of dozens of young Catholic volunteers campaigning for true marriage in the public square. But after the U.S. Supreme Court’s immoral decision to legalize same-sex “marriage,” more volunteers than ever have signed up to join the Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) tour for authentic marriage — the sacred union between one man and one woman — in the states of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
What could they possibly hope to accomplish? These kids would be better off reading and developing some critical thinking skills. There is no shortage of markedly better volunteer opportunities to really make a difference. Where are their parents? It is obvious that their adult supervision is lacking:
Now is America’s finest hour. It’s time to stand up for the truth
and proclaim the law of God. Waving the white flag of surrender to the
homosexual anarchy movement at this critical time is not an option. Instead, we must fly the banner of truth with more resolve, more faith
and more enthusiasm.
Anarchy exists when there is no respect for authority (such as the Supreme Court of the United States). It is an irony that these young men will never appreciate.
