On Friday US district Court Judge William H. Orrick issued a preliminary injunction that prohibits Center for Medical Progress and David Daleiden from releasing videos obtained at and through the 2014 and 2015 conferences of the National Abortion Federation.

I encourage everyone to read just pages 3 to 18 (download from the link below). No legalese. They provide a thorough background on CMP, their phony companies, and how deceptively they have edited their videos. It demonstrates that CMP agreed, in  writing, not to video, photograph or disclose any information obtained at, or through, the conferences. According to Judge Orrick:

Having reviewed the records or transcripts in full and in context, I find that no NAF
attendee admitted to engaging in, agreed to engage in, or expressed interest in engaging in
potentially illegal sale of fetal tissue for profit. The recordings tend to show an express rejection of Daleiden’s and his associates’ proposals
or, at most, discussions of interest in being paid to recoup the costs incurred by clinics to facilitate collection of fetal tissue for scientific research, which NAF argues is legal.

It further demonstrates that a two year effort obtained nothing. None of their videos show any wrongdoing. In fact, unedited they show just the opposite. Yet, due to the misleading editing and statements of Daleiden and Center for Medical Progress, clinics have been burned and lives have been threatened. Employees of National Abortion Federation are living in fear. How much taxpayer money has been squandered on pointless investigations?

The felony that these people should be charged with is the frame-up and much of the Christian right is willingly complicit. Whatever happened to that bearing false witness thing?
