I have maintained that Brian S. Brown, head of National Organization for Marriage, has an acute case of Reverse-Midas. Anything he touches turns to shit. Once NOM endorsed Ted Cruz, well … his candidacy was doomed. Stranger things have happened but it looks like Mr. Trump will be the Republican nominee for president in 2016. Come to think of it, what could be stranger than that? There are no innocent victims of Reverse-Midas.
NOM reminds us of their endorsement of Cruz who wrote an Op Ed in the Wall Street Journal titled: “The Scalia Seat: Let the People Speak.” I thought we did that in 2012. Cruz is showing signs of being infected with Reverse-Midas.
There is no known cure for Reverse-Midas It has strangely baffled those same religious scientists who have made so much progress in turning homosexuals into fierce heterosexuals. Reversing Reverse-Midas is a far greater challenge. It doesn’t appear to be genetic thus Reverse-Midas should be curable through prayer. That doesn’t seem to be working for Mr. Brown.
Nor have scientists found a way of limiting the odd form of contagion. Victims don’t become afflicted with Reverse-Midas. Rather, their endeavors turn to shit. The most recent victim of Reverse-Midas contagion is Dr. Ben Carson. He is a lauded physician and he has no answers. Indeed God told Carson to suspend his campaign. Reverse-Midas seems to have created an imaginary friend.
Other victims are inexplicable lured into funding National Organization for Marriage. Their disease is different from Dr. Carson’s. Their disorder compels them to watch their money getting flushed down the crapper.
There are no innocent victims of Reverse-Midas. They are all complicit in bigotry on behalf of the Vatican. Although … the idiot who wrote what has become this polemic’s header graphic thinks that the Supreme Court “declared marriage to be ‘unconstitutional.’” Symptomatic perhaps? It causes strange interpretations of unambiguous written material.
I wonder if that is the same useless idiot who composed this little bit of text:
The Foundation for the Reversal of Reverse-Midas is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible.
