National Organization for Marriage has just posted its 2016 tax returns. Year-to-year, revenues for NOM Education Fund were flat. Revenues for NOM fell by more than $1 million from $2.6 million in 2015 to $1.5 million in 2016.

The return was self-prepared in contrast to having an accountant do the work and it is undated. Presumably, it was filed after the November 15 deadline. NOM showed a positive bottom line by drastically cutting expenses. There’s not much left of the anti-gay group. At this point it exists primarily to pay some salaries. It doesn’t really do anything.

This is a preliminary post. I will have more later.
