Eric Teetsel
The rather witless Eric Teetsel makes an obligatory appearance at a National Organization for Marriage event

Based upon their latest babble you would think that medical science doesn’t exist either. The Kansas Republican party has voted to pass a resolution opposing “all efforts to validate transgender identity” and supporting “God’s design for gender as determined by biological sex and not by self-perception.”

In other words, a group of people has voted to validate that, as a group, they are spectacularly stupid. The last part of this reads:

RESOLVED, that the Kansas Republican Party recognizes the dignity of every human being, including those who identify as LGBT …

They always claim to respect the dignity of LGBT people while, at the same time, treating those same citizens with arrogance, contempt and moral superiority.

This seems to be the handiwork of Eric Teetsel (Andrew Eric Teetsel). Teetsel is both a delegate to the state legislature and president of the Family Policy Alliance of Kansas. While Robert George was the author of the anti-gay Manhattan Declaration, Teetsel was the manager of the enterprise. Serving as executive director, Teetsel turned it into a 501(c)3 nonprofit.

In fact, the IRS still considers Teetsel to be the contact person. This is interesting because the tax return he signed is completely out of balance. Moreover, the organization has not filed the required tax return for the year ended June 30, 2016.
We all know that there is one set of laws for conservative Christians and another set of laws for everyone else.

Of course Peter Sprigg has a say about all of this. The hate group employee appears in a CBN piece.

At a time when both political parties are using extreme caution in the transgender debate, it may be the first state party to take such a stand says Peter Sprigg, senior fellow for policy studies for the Family Research Council in Washington.

“I hope it is an example that other states will follow,” Sprigg told CBN News. “Increasingly there’s a tendency, even on the part of Republicans, to be scared off if there’s any risk of being accused of discrimination,” he said.

It is not surprising that Sprigg is an advocate of imposing his religious views on everyone else. The schmuck needs to re-read the First Amendment in its entirety.
