Jennifer Roback Morse is a radical Catholic extremist and bigot. She will write just about anything which disparages LGBTQ people.
According to an anonymous source, hate group leader and Catholic extremist Jennifer Roback Morse has had two abortions. It is up to you to assess whether or not an anonymous source is credible in regards to the leader of Ruth Institute.
That causes me to ponder a missive from Morse that I received today, Friday: “Hormones and Surgery Can’t Change Who You Are.”
Gender-confused children receiving cross-sex hormones are Planned Parenthood’s new “cash cow,” an anonymous employee revealed. And without parental knowledge, with no psychological evaluations given, and often these children are autistic.
First of all, minors receiving any medical treatment require parental consent. Planned Parenthood is no different:
Secondly, it is the policy of Planned Parenthood to have a clinician evaluate people requesting hormone therapy. That is particularly true regarding minors. Parents must provide informed consent. Parents do not do so whimsically.
Thirdly, a supposed link of autism to gender dysphoria has been repeatedly debunked. It is a close cousin to “abortion causes breast cancer” mendacity.
Claiming that “often these children are autistic” is an outright lie. It is also a spectacularly stupid claim. Who would have determined that they have autism? Morse is just repeating a false religious-right talking point.
Moreover, Morse’s “anonymous source” — if it exists at all — is presumably an employee of a Planned Parenthood affiliate and is unlikely to be a financial professional. He or she is in no position to opine that something is a “cash cow.”
Furthermore, Jennifer Roback Morse is a radical Catholic extremist. She will write just about anything which disparages gender-diverse people. She is defending Church teachings. Morse is, most assuredly, not concerned for the welfare of children.
