Michael Flynn
Retired General Michael Flynn | via The New Yorker

Terrifying. Batshit crazy Michael Flynn was once one of the most senior officers in our military.

The Christian nationalist site, Charisma, informs us that there is a “Hard-Hitting Video Content That Will Expose Deep-State Satanic Influence.”

Clay Clark’s ReAwaken America Tour featuring General Michael Flynn, has been crisscrossing the country in effort to present truth on matters of health and freedom for Americans.

Traveling with them have been award-winning filmmakers, Joy and Matt Thayer, founders of Spero Pictures. …

Clay Clark is a “life coach” out of Oklahoma. If Speropictures (which seems to be the correct spelling) has won any awards, I cannot find them. A company by that name has one listing at imdb.com: Visual effects for one episode of a TV series in 2017. The company is currently streaming The Trump I Know. The Trump I know is a lying sociopath and arguably the worst president in the history of the nation. But, hey, Trump tchotchkes are roach bait for the MAGA crowd.

“Ann Vandersteel is so crazy that even Trumpworld had to distance itself from her.”

Originality is not their strong suit:

The docu-series is an epic 4-part journey through the past, present and future, chronicling the story of the ReAwaken America Tour as patriots involved fight against Medical Tyranny, Election Fraud, Religious Fraud and the Great Reset.

“Epic?”

The cast of characters of the tour is a collection of crackpots.

The Thayers captured over 82 interviews including General Michael Flynn, Mike Lindell, Roger Stone, Patrick Byrne, Clay Clark, Vanessa Clark, Historian William Federer, MelK, Doug Billings, Anne Vandersteel, Dr. Doug Frank, Thomas Renz, Seth Keshel, Dr. Tenpenny, Dr. Simone Gold, Dr. Christiane Northrup, Senator Wendy Rogers, “The Professor” Dave Clements, Lance Wallnau, and many others.

You know who Michael Flynn, Mike Lindell and Roger Stone are. This cast looks like the bed count at an asylum.

Not all of these people are identifiable. Some of those who are include:

  • Patrick Byrne is the unsuccessful former CEO of Overstock.com.
  • Simone Gold is the founder of Frontline Doctors. Gold opposes masking, vaccines (which she claims are not vaccines) and social distancing. She is most notable for promoting hydroxychloroquine and making unfounded claims about dangers of the COVID-19 vaccines.
  • William Federer is is one of co-founders of the Truth and Liberty Coalition, a dominionist organization that believes God has given Christians “a mandate to bring Godly change to our world, through the seven spheres of societal influence.” The belief is that there are seven “mountains” that Christians must control in order to establish a global Christian theocracy and prepare the world for Jesus’ return.
  • Christian Northrup is a retired OB/Gyn. Northrup believes in the pseudosciences of astrology, tarot cards, chakras, and regression therapy. She has used tarot cards for self-diagnosis.
  • “The most amusing aspect of this is the fact that Charisma … thinks that this is a good reflection of conservative Christianity.”

  • Ann Vandersteel is so crazy that even Trumpworld had to distance itself from her. Vandersteel is a Pizzagate conspiracy theorist who believes that Hillary Clinton abuses children and that four out of five world leaders are pedophiles. And I am being restrained.
  • Sherri Threepenny, a Cleveland doctor is especially special. Threepenny claims that COVID vaccines leave people magnetized. Testifying before the Ohio State House: “I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures all over the Internet of people who have had these shots and now they’re magnetized. They can put a key on their forehead. It sticks. They can put spoons and forks all over them …”
  • Lance Wallnau is a bit player among the Christian right. Wallnau is also a co-founder of the Truth and Liberty Coalition. Wallnau admits to being a Christian nationalist.

The most amusing aspect of this is the fact that Charisma, specifically Pamela Christian, thinks that this is a good reflection of conservative Christianity. The problem is that we are surrounded by people like Ms. Christian and the participants named above. They have an effect on public policy. Arkansas’ ban on gender affirming care and Texas’ ban on abortion are just a couple of examples.
